End of Tenancy Clean - Clapham

For this Clapham end of tenancy deep clean, our goal was to return a well used rental to an inventory ready standard in a single visit. We started with a full walkthrough to note wear, then worked room by room from high to low.


The kitchen received a thorough degrease of hob, oven fascia, splashback and cupboard fronts, with internal cleans of fridge and microwave, descaling of the sink and a careful wipe of all handles and switches.

Bathrooms were descaled and sanitised, paying attention to grout lines, taps and screens for a clear, streak free finish. Throughout the property skirting boards, sockets and high touch points were detailed, windows and mirrors were polished, and floors were vacuumed and mopped to a uniform result.

Bedrooms and living areas were reset for presentation with dusting of all surfaces, internal window ledges and radiators, and a meticulous check under and behind furniture. Any cobwebs were removed, light fittings were wiped, and doors plus frames were cleaned to remove scuffs where possible.

Final touches included bin emptying and relining, a neutral fresh scent for viewings, and a closing inspection aligned to check out criteria. The handover delivered a spotless, hygienic property ready for photography, agent visits and the next tenancy.
