In this Hounslow Airbnb project, the brief was to keep a high turnover family let consistently guest ready with a twice weekly schedule. Each visit began with a quick condition check followed by a kitchen first approach that prioritised hygiene and presentation.

The team sanitised the fridge on every visit, handled the oven with trained methods appropriate to the level of soil, and scheduled any deeper appliance work around bookings.

High touch points were disinfected, bins were emptied and relined, and floors were vacuumed and mopped to a streak free finish before a final walkthrough confirmed that appliances were safe and surfaces sparkled.

Bedrooms were dressed to a hotel standard with crisp, fresh smelling linens and careful inspection to remove stray hairs and mark any imperfect laundry for rewash. Bathrooms were reset with refreshed toiletries and a light, unobtrusive fragrance, and amenity top ups were placed so guests could find what they needed at once.

The outcome was a calm, welcoming home that met check in windows reliably, backed by a trained team that completes hundreds of Airbnb cleans across London every week.
